David has worked in the Property Management Industry for over 18 years, as a Leasing Consultant, Community Manager, Marketing Director, and successful owner of APTS and APT Commercials.

David has produced many top professionals in multi-family housing throughout California and Arizona. He is a NAA National Apartment Leasing Professional instructor as well as a facilitator and speaker for Sales and Marketing Magic Brainstorming Sessions. David was awarded the 2002 Associate Member of the Year Tributes Award from the Arizona Multihousing Association.

David as an actor and director has starred and appeared in feature length films and television shows.  He has produced and directed several short films and worked with many actors and models.  He now has combined over 18 years of Property Management experience with his acting and filmmaking experience to create APT Commercials.
